If you no longer need your appointment, or if are not going to be home on the date and time of your appointment, please contact us:

If you are changing or cancelling your appointment by email, make sure you give us 3 days’ notice.

Please do not call the emergency out of hours number if the repair is not urgent. We may charge you a fee if the repair is not deemed an emergency
