The Housing Market Report gives a summary of the current trends in the local housing market. This information can be used to inform the work of the Strategic Housing Service Teams.
The report includes:
District and national house prices
Ward level house prices
Trends in number of sales
Private renting cost
Income levels
The data for each report was gathered the month before the report date by the Strategic Housing Team. All data was gathered from Land Registry, the Office of National Statistics or property websites unless stated otherwise.
