The proposer, Lincoln City Centre Partnership T/As Lincoln Business Improvement Group (Lincoln BIG), put forward a proposal to renew the Business Improvement District in Lincoln. 

The ballot is conducted entirely by post by the Ballot Holder, Electoral Services, City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD.

The Notice of Ballot was published on 14 October 2024 and can be viewed at the bottom of this page. 

The ballot will take place on 25 November 2024.

The count of ballot papers 

For a BID ballot to be successful there must be a majority of those voting in favour both in terms of numbers voting and also the rateable value represented by those voting.
