Our team is here to help give you a warm welcome to the City of Lincoln and to share their knowledge of attractions, travel information and to answer any questions.
We are a friendly and knowledgeable team that promotes Lincoln and surrounding areas as a place to visit.

Gift Shop
The Gift shop is well stocked with local and national gifts, ideal for a keepsake and memento of your visit.
We sell a large range of gifts and souvenirs, local tasty treats, guidebooks and maps. Many goods are sourced from local suppliers in Lincoln and from across Lincolnshire.
Cash and contactless card payments are accepted.
Where are we?
Located in the beautiful Cathedral Quarter, the Visitor Information centre is ideally situated between Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle. Just steps away from car parks, coach drop off points and bus stops, we are easy to get to and in the heart of independent shopping and eateries.
We are in the easy to spot being a black and white Tudor building - Leigh Pemberton House, an attraction in itself!
Come in and view the stunning original historic timbers built in 1543 during the reign of Henry VIII!
