The City of Lincoln Council do not offer a pest control service, but we do help to ensure residents can keep their homes and gardens free from rats and mice.
The Prevention of Damage by Pests Act 1949 is legislation that creates a duty on local authorities to control rats and mice. The legislation grants powers to local authorities to compel landowners and/or occupiers to take action to keep land free from rats and mice.
We can't help in identifying pests in your home, but we can provide general advice on pest control issues.
