The Efficiency Plan
The government has offered a multi-year financial settlement to local authorities covering the period 2016/17 to 2019/20. The aim is to provide greater certainty in the level of resources available which will strengthen financial management.
In order to take up this offer, we have produced an efficiency plan which brings together key information from other plans and sets how the council will address the challenge of financial sustainability.
