Over Christmas and New Year, we will be changing some bin collection days and operating special hours at City Hall
Bin collection days
If your waste collection (including rubbish, recycling, or garden waste) is scheduled for any of the following days, please note the change of date.
- Collections due on Wednesday, 25 December will now take place on Saturday, 21 December
- Collections due on Thursday, 26 December will now take place on Saturday, 28 December
- Collections due on Wednesday, 1 January will now take place on Saturday, 4 January
City Hall opening hours
- Monday, 23 December: 9am to 5pm
- Tuesday, 24 December: 9am to 12 noon
- Wednesday, 25 December: CLOSED
- Thursday, 26 December: CLOSED
- Friday, 27 December: CLOSED
- Monday, 30 December: 9am to 5pm
- Tuesday, 31 December: 9am to 5pm
- Wednesday, 1 January: CLOSED
- Thursday, 2 January: 9am to 5pm
- Friday, 3 January: 9am to 4.30pm
