Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2)
What is a customer service practitioner?
Customer service practitioners deliver high quality service to our customers, whether it’s over the phone, face-to-face or in writing. These may be one-off or routine contacts such as handling payments, offering advice or fixing problems.
What will you learn?
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will learn:
- How to deal with a range of enquiries
- To work as part of a team
- How to record information
- How to perform general administrative tasks
How long will it take to complete this apprenticeship?
The typical length of a Customer service level 2 apprenticeship is 15 months.
How will you be assessed?
- Apprentices will be assessed through an End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Apprentices will need to complete a minimum of 12 months in learning before starting their EPA
- The EPA consists of 3 components:
- An apprentice showcase
- A practical observation
- A professional discussion
