The Lincoln Climate Commission currently has 36 members who meet four times a year to review climate policy, delivery and approve climate action within Lincoln and Lincolnshire.

The commission also has sub groups who meet more frequently to plan and deliver climate action. We currently have the following sub groups:

Research |
This meeting is a quarterly catch up over Microsoft Teams. The role of the research sub group is to provide research data, using a bottom up approach, to support and guide the work of the Commission. |
Climate Action Plan | This meeting is a quarterly catch up over Microsoft Teams. This event is open to anyone who would like to attend from the Lincoln Climate Commission, sub groups and wider community with expertise on climate adaptation and mitigation measures. The group are currently drafting a Lincoln 2030 – Climate Action Plan document for consultation. Due to be published in Spring 2021. |
We anticipate that the range of sub groups will evolve once the Commission has approved the Lincoln 2030 – Climate Action Plan.
