Ringrose Law provides legal advice and services throughout Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire and wider region. With 8 offices spanning the county, we provide personal and commercial law in a range of different legal areas.

Our services include; family, divorce, childcare, personal injury, medical negligence, house buying/selling, litigation, crime, wills & probate and commercial law.

At Ringrose Law we place a large emphasis on giving back to our community where we live and work. We offer all staff a volunteer day every year, allowing them to volunteer for a day with a charity or community group of their choice. We host many initiatives throughout the year to raise money but also to support our team with their wellbeing; including march for march staff fitness challenge, charity days, mental health awareness week, wellbeing and staff events.

Our biggest event we organise is the Lincoln Dragon Boat Race, which we have been organising for the last 7 years. To date the event has raised over £50,000 for local charities. We now organise the event with LIVES First Responders in Lincolnshire.

Why did you choose to sign up to the charter?

We chose to sign up for the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter because we recognise the integral role corporate social responsibility plays in our strategic planning and growth. At Ringrose Law, our commitment to the community, addressing diversity and inequality in the workplace, and ensuring a positive working environment for our staff are key facets of our identity.

By joining the Charter, we align ourselves with an initiative that supports our passion for being a socially responsible employer. It provides us with a platform to amplify our ongoing efforts, share best practices, and collaborate with other organisations dedicated to making a positive social impact.

Have you noticed any positive changes since undertaking a range of socially responsible activities?

Not only do we organise initiatives to help raise money and give back to our community, we also find there are many staff benefits. Our team are proud to work our firm and enjoy taking part in initiatives that we organise. In turn we feel this helps with our culture in the firm and gives our staff the opportunity to give something back to their community.
