ONYX was established in January 2020 to provide specialist consultancy and security services to events and similar sectors.
Despite the substantial impact of the coronavirus pandemic ONYX has proudly supplied licensed security operatives, stewards, control room personnel and consultants to major outdoor events such as the Driffield Show, POP Live and Clee Gathering to name a few. More recently ONYX provided Evening Ambassadors to the City of Lincoln night-time economy to support vulnerable persons, signpost visitors and support partner agencies engaged in this important economy to Lincoln.
ONYX exists to provide competent, consistent and capable resources to its customers in support of delivering their unique events and experiences.
Why did you choose to sign up to the charter?
ONYX is proud to operate in a socially conscious manner in the wonderful City of Lincoln, surrounding areas and nationally. The Charter provides an ideal benchmark for this commitment.
Have you noticed any positive changes since undertaking a range of socially responsible activities?
It is anticipated that through employing and advertising initiatives such as payment of the Real Living Wage we shall be able to recruit and retain our workforce better than our competition.
Do you have any words for a business looking to sign up to the charter?
We feel that the Charter is a valuable demonstration of our organisational commitment to acting in a socially responsible manner.
