Why did you choose to sign up to the charter?
Gelder Group have always had a strong social values agenda and from working with Apprentices to our 15 acre environmental park. We try and get involved with local initiative and love the opportunity to see what other companies are doing and share our own experiences so joining The Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter was exactly the type of group we like to link into.
Have you noticed any positive changes since undertaking a range of socially responsible activities?
Gelder Group have been socially aware and positively impacting the communities we work in for 3 decades, there are countless positive changes we’ve made to schools, parks, businesses and the lives of the Apprentices we have trained.
Do you have any words for a business looking to sign up to the charter?
The Charter and the meeting are a great platform for showcasing the work you do in the community as well as being a fantastic place to share ideas and initiatives. I’d recommend all business in Lincoln to sign up to the Charter.
