General Room Hire
If you regularly hire one of our rooms, you can apply to become a key-holders for your respective Community Centre.
Access and keys will be granted after training and completion of a competency skills checklist, where Recreation Officers go through the operational procedures for the centre and aspects of Health and Safety.
Generally we will not train hirers to open and close the facility for one-off bookings, however, depending on the size of the booking, this could be considered if requested.
No person under the age of 18 shall be entitled to be the ‘Hirer’.
Requests for one off hire events must be received a minimum of 10 working days in advance of the proposed booking.

Events and Party Hire
If you would like to hire one of our Community Centres please complete the relevant form and return it to our Booking co-ordinator.
Caretaker Service Charge
Where a caretaker is required for your booking there will be a service charge of £20.18 per hour which includes a mandatory 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your booking.
