Our Building Control service aims to ensure that the City of Lincoln has a high standard of construction and provides the minimum requirements for health and safety in and around buildings, access for all and energy conservation.
Most building work, whether that be alterations to an existing property, a change of use, building extensions or new builds, will require Building Regulation consent.
