Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the City of Lincoln Council for a Review of the Premises Licence in respect of the premises shown below.

Representations must be provided between 20 December 2024 and 16 January 2025

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited. 

The grounds for the application for review

A review is sought on the grounds of:

  • The prevention of crime and disorder
  • The police have obtained evidence which indicates offences have occurred on the premises in relation to the employment of illegal workers
  • Non-compliance of licence conditions

The licensing register is kept and the grounds for review may be inspected between 10am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
