Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Kobit-L Ltd to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Katie O'Brien's which are situated at 238 - 244 High Street, Lincoln, LN2 1AT
The proposed licensed activities to be carried out at the premises:
Retail sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
- Seven days a week from 10am until 2am
Regulated entertainment (indoors)
- Seven days a week from 10am until 2am
Late night refreshment
- Seven days a week from 11pm until 2am

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing by 9 May 2025.
