Application for a new premises licence - Simpsons

Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Simpsons (Lincoln) Ltd in respect of premises known as Simpsons, which are situated at 22 Guildhall Street, Lincoln, LN1 1TR

The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:

Retail sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises:

• Seven days a week from 09:00 until 22:30

The record of applications may be inspected by request of The Licensing Team via licensing@lincoln.gov.uk  

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 2 August 2024

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
