Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by B & M Retail Limited to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as B & M Store which are situated at Waterside South, Lincoln, LN5 7EU
The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:
Retail sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises:
- Seven days a week from 07:00 to 23:00
The record of applications may be inspected by request of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 2 August 2024
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
