Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by ASDA Express PFS Lindum in respect of premises known as ASDA Express, which are situated at 246 Newark Road, Lincoln, LN6 8RP
The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:
Retail sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises:
- Seven days a week from 00:00 until 24:00
Late Night Refreshment
- Seven days a week from 23:00 until 05:00
The record of applications may be inspected by request of The Licensing Team via licensing@lincoln.gov.uk
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 23 May 2024.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
