The City of Lincoln council believes that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and to live without fear of discrimination, hostility and intimidation from others because of who we are. Hate crime should be reported to the police.

By reporting hate crimes when they happen to you, you may be able to prevent these incidents from happening to someone else. You will also help the police understand the extent of hate crime in your local area so they can better respond to it.
Hate crime will absolutely not be tolerated in Lincoln.
