Housing - Appeal against a housing decision

Appeal against a housing decision

We are committed to making all housing decisions fairly and in our tenants’ best interests. However, we accept that sometimes things can go wrong.

You can appeal any housing decision where you think we have:

  • Failed to consider all relevant information when making the decision
  • Made the decision unfairly

You need to have reasons or evidence to support your appeal.  If your only reason for making an appeal is that you are unhappy with our decision, your appeal is not likely to succeed.

Before you start

To use this service, you will need:

  • A copy of our decision, such as a letter or a formal notice
  • Your reason for appealing and any relevant information that you feel wasn’t considered
