Paying your rent

Get help if you’re struggling to pay your rent

We offer a range of rent payment methods to make it easy to pay your rent.  If you are struggling to make regular payments, we have staff who are specially trained to help you.  Speak to your housing officer or call

01522 881188

We can help you sort out your rent account before your arrears get out of control.

If you have already arranged to repay arrears and you can no longer keep to the arrangement, you must contact us immediately.

It is important that you keep in touch with us so that we can help.  Do not just stop paying. Not paying your rent you mean you lose your home.
