You can use this service to make changes to your direct debit for your Council Tax account
You can only use this service if you are the named account holder on the account.
You can update:
- Your bank account details
- Your instalment date
Instalment changes
Be aware that if your current scheduled payment is due to be taken within the next 10 days this payment will still be taken. Your new date will then take effect from the next month.
Before you start
To use this service you will need:
- Your Council Tax account number - you can find this on your bill, your account number is 9 digits long
- Your address and postcode
